Rule 33
Obligations of the main employer
In addition to what is written in the Act and this regulation, the obligations of the main employer shall be as follows:-
(a) In accordance with the Act and Regulations, the main employer shall not discriminate between the workers of the establishment and the workers employed through labor suppliers in service facilities other than the wages and allowances provided to the workers,
(b) To maintain, cause to be maintained, personal records and attendance records of supplied workers (c) If the amount to be paid to the labor supplier company according to the contract is specified in the contract, at that period or time, and if not specified in the contract, monthly payments,
(d) Inclusion of workers working through labor suppliers in the safety and health committee to be formed in accordance with rule 37.
